Dear Kari, First, I would like to thank you so much for the gift card you gave us. We really appreciate it. I would also like to thank you so very much for coming into our home and lives. You have been a HUGE blessing. Because of all of your hard work and determination our son is saying things we never imagined he would ever say. It is hard to describe the feelings you have when you are informed that you child isnt normal or that there is something wrong. The feelings would drift in between anger and sadness& But you have given us a new look on how our son isnt going to be just an ordinary boy but someone extraordinary. I know that you have many students or children you help, but I dont think you understand the tremendous hope you have given me. I honest to God never thought Id hear my son talk. Our collaboration with TEAM Ed this year has been a positive, exciting, and rewarding "team" effort. Alice spent several weeks checking files and discussing compliance with all of our new teachers as well as doing a file audit for us.
